What is a research trip?

Sometimes called a scouting trip or a reccie trip, a research trip is your chance to come out to British Columbia and find out as much as you can about what life might be like in B.C.

We recommend that you visit areas on your shortlist and see for yourself if they are suitable. Our local experts will be able to guide you on real estate in the area and ensure your expectations are realistic.

Why do a research trip with us?

How does the research trip work?

Once we know exactly what you want we will agree a price for the services you require. This varies from $500 - $1,000 plus tax. In some cases these fees will be refundable on purchase of a property. All fees are payable in advance via PayPal.
